Property Pricing Intern

Property Pricing Intern responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data to determine pricing for various property characteristics, coordinating with state departments of insurance to gain approval of desired rates, and collaborating with the internal programming team to ensure accurate rate implementation. The role requires communicating pricing decisions and results through regular and ad hoc reports, providing required data reporting for the states BHHC writes business in, and regularly reviewing live policies to verify rating accuracy. Ideal candidates are undergraduates (freshman through senior) majoring in business, math, or equivalent, with strong math, attention to detail, and excellent written communication and deadline management. The internship offers exposure to fundamental insurance pricing concepts and hands-on experience in commercial property pricing within a large insurance group environment. Location: Alpharetta, GA; Part-time hours in school year (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 15–30 hours/week) with 30–40 hours/week possible in summer.
