Job Summary
Order property preservation work on vacant properties with outside contractors and monitor work orders to ensure timely maintenance completion. Actively communicate with vendors and investors regarding property needs, while reviewing daily reports to understand and take appropriate actions on property condition. Confirm vendor work accuracy in scope and costs, and update internal and external systems with precise documentation. Manage vacant property registrations, cut checks, and pay unpaid utility bills while organizing completed files. Adhere to local ordinances and company policies to meet client deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail/ accuracy
- Basic Excel skills
- Good writing skills to document call data
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- Must be comfortable in either an on-site office setting, or a quiet, designated work from home space
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the organization or remote office
- Must be able to stand or walk (or otherwise move through the organization)
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to use hands to type, write, handle, or feel and reach
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to frequently operate a standard variety of office equipment including computers, calculators, copy machines, computer printers and phones
- Must be able to communicate (give/receive) information through multiple methods of communication with clear understanding from others
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to type and utilize a computer for long periods of time
- Must comply with the Code of Conduct and regulatory training requirements
- Must successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training
