Job Summary
Property Preservation Contractor/Crews needed to perform secure & rekey, winterizations, vacancy postings, lawn care, maid refresh, photo documentation; must own tools, reliable transportation, active General Liability Insurance and a valid driver’s license; able to meet 24- to 72-hour deadlines; weekly pay via Zelle, CashApp, or ACH Direct Deposit; reporting app for photos and updates; duties include locksmithing per client specs, securing properties, winterizations, vacancy postings, landscaping, deep cleaning, trash-outs, and photo documentation for market-ready properties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in property preservation, REO maintenance, or general property contracting
- Own all necessary tools (lawnmowers, string trimmers, air compressors for winterizations, drills/hand tools, generator)
- Transportation: reliable truck, van, or utility trailer
- Active General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it) and valid driver's license
- Ability to hit 24- to 72-hour deadlines on work orders
