Job Summary
Keep properties clean and free of trash by picking up debris around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces. Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas while maintaining dumpster and trash zones. Assist the maintenance team with light tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Help keep communities neat and welcoming for residents. Must occasionally lift 50lbs. Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
