Job Summary
Maintain the overall cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the Olbiston Apartments property to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Clean the leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, vacant units, laundry facilities, carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas daily. Notify management of supply needs bi-monthly and complete additional tasks as assigned by the Superintendent. This role supports our affordable housing growth in Utica, NY, with a competitive salary, 11 paid holidays, health insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a 3-year background check
- We also conduct pre-employment drug testing
