Job Summary
Coordinate and dispatch maintenance work orders, track response times for routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance, and assist with turnover planning. Maintain accurate records, support facilities planning with the Service Manager, manage resident charges and billing documentation, schedule apartment inspections and maintenance notices, support accounts receivable processes, manage inventory of supplies, and ensure confidential handling of property information while delivering strong customer service to residents and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ administrative experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
