Job Summary
Property Operations Specialist at Arcan Capital responsible for owning property-level financial execution and portfolio operational reporting, ensuring accurate data, disciplined processes, and consistent execution across properties. Collaborates between Corporate, Asset Management, and property teams, supporting AP/AR workflows, delinquency tracking, renewals, eviction coordination, and site visits. Provides weekly/monthly operational and financial reports, supports variance analysis and reclasses, monitors property performance metrics, and assists with acquisitions, onboarding, and ad hoc reporting. Requires strong analytical and financial operations skills, advanced Excel, experience with Yardi or similar property management systems, and willingness to travel within the Southeastern United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in property operations, asset management support, accounting, or financial reporting strongly preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and operational information with discretion and professionalism
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel periodically
