Job Summary
Conduct performance statistical analysis, create and maintain dashboards, and deliver actionable insights through data reporting for Property Management processes. Develop, implement, and optimize performance metrics to evaluate outcomes while ensuring alignment with government regulations and objectives. Design interactive Tableau dashboards to track key performance indicators, establish data quality standards, and identify trends through statistical analysis. Prepare periodic reports for management leadership and implement automated reporting processes to streamline workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop system solutions for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with government data governance standards and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- minimum three (3) years' experience
- Experience with either data analysis, database architecture, or creating dashboards using advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement
- Self-Starter requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Digital Technology, Finance, and Contracts
- Experience collecting and documenting system requirements and business processes
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Knowledge of and experience with SQL, SAP, BusinessObjects, Alteryx, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI
- Experience with property management systems, government regulations, and compliance monitoring
- Six Sigma/CORE certification (or equivalent)
