Job Summary

Remote Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day property management operations, tenant/owner/vendor communications in English and Spanish, and maintenance coordination across multiple markets. Handle inbound communications, manage work orders in Buildium and PropertyMeld, triage and assign tasks, dispatch vendors, and maintain audit-ready records. Create and track operational tasks, coordinate inspections/showings/access, prepare notices (late notices, violations, renewals), support move-ins/move-outs, and follow SOPs for consistency and compliance. Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote role with US business hours.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, operations, or customer-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with Buildium
  • Hands-on experience with PropertyMeld
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of calls, tasks, and work orders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
