Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day apartment community operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations. Develop marketing strategies to attract residents, conduct market research for competitive pricing, and manage lease renewals to maximize retention. Supervise leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff while collaborating on work orders, move-ins, and property inspections. Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance. Resolve resident concerns and ensure compliance with standards. Requires a valid driver's license, property management experience, and proficiency in software like Yardi or Onesite. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Full-time career-track position with competitive pay, health, dental, vision, and 401k match.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to provide timely and accurate response to clients, Regional Manager and the accounting dept

- Possess effective time management skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Internet, Email, and social media as it pertains to marketing of community
- Knowledge of property management software, such as, Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, Resman, etc.
- Knowledge of business practices and principles
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry
- Post-secondary education in business or property management
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills
- Demonstrate strong verbal, math, and reasoning skills
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide timely and accurate response to clients, Regional Manager and the accounting dept
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
