Job Summary
The Property Manager at Zoi House will generate revenue for the community, handle resident relations, ensure the property is rented to capacity, and maintain community appearance. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, utilizing marketing strategies, processing applications, overseeing financial management, and handling personnel management tasks. A Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience are required, along with strong customer service skills and building infrastructure knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University
- 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Accounting software (RealPage/OneSite)
- Experience with Contact Management systems
- Familiarity with Human Resource systems
- Knowledge of Project Management software
- Proficiency in Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
