Required Qualifications
- CMRAO Licence (active or in progress)
- Experience in property management or related administrative real estate field
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Yardi is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
