Job Summary
Oversee building maintenance, repair, and upkeep for commercial and residential leased properties. Coordinate vendor contracts, secure bids, and analyze costs while ensuring projects complete on time and within budget. Manage tenant requests, prioritize repairs by severity, and handle work orders, supply receiving, and preventive maintenance for HVAC and office equipment. Assist with annual budget development and supervise residential leasing agents. Maintain key access and cleaning standards across all sites. Requires three to five years of progressive maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree with technical training in factory/plant/building/real estate maintenance
- Minimum of three to five years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field
- Two years of experience holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional maintenance staff
Desired Qualifications
- Facilities management experience in the industry is preferred
