Job Summary
Oversees rent collection processes, maintains occupancy targets, and manages leasing strategies for an on-site senior affordable-housing property in Tucson. Leads site staff, manages property operations within budget parameters, maximizes allowable rents within regulatory guidelines, and ensures full regulatory compliance and resident services in partnership with Maintenance and Resident Services staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws
- Experience being accountable for financials
- Previous housing or property management experience including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties
