Property Manager responsible for on-site leadership and daily operations at a 193-unit property in Nashville, TN. Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams; partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and maintain community standards; oversee leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics; manage a high volume of requests from residents and corporate with accountability, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset. The role requires structure, collaboration with corporate support, and hands-on management to ensure excellent customer experience and policy-driven operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior property management experience required
- experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred
