Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence. Manage communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning by adjusting operational strategies in response to construction schedules and market conditions. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as occupancy, delinquency, renewal rates, and rental premiums to inspire team performance and exceed goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and safety standards while collaborating cross-functionally with construction, asset management, and marketing teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning
- Yardi experience
- Bachelor's degree
