Property Manager

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and FCR Act regulations. Perform daily physical inspections of the property and supervise the service team while managing office staff and bookkeeping functions. Operate the property within established financial guidelines and budget constraints. Lead leasing activities by supervising office and leasing personnel to ensure effective sales techniques are applied professionally. Ensure timely, efficient, and courteous responses to all resident requests and complaints. Implement and maintain a resident retention program while overseeing the physical well-being and curb appeal of the apartment community. Maintain professional relationships with residents, potential residents, and all internal departments.
