Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the property/properties including supervision of staff, lease preparations, bookkeeping, marketing, and reporting; ensure regulatory compliance, maintain positive resident relations, and coordinate with internal and external agencies. Key duties include supervising the property office, managing finances, preparing lease packages, marketing the property in line with Fair Housing regulations, submitting required reports, maintaining records, inspecting property condition, hiring/training staff, and addressing resident requests and complaints.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years property management experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Knowledge of regulations, acts, guidelines, etc., pertaining to conventional properties
