Job Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned commercial and/or residential properties, with goals to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and ensure high satisfaction levels for property owners and tenants. Responsibilities include advertising vacant properties, showing properties to prospective tenants, conducting open houses, qualifying tenants through background checks, managing rental payments, responding to tenant inquiries, negotiating leasing terms, inspecting properties, and providing administrative support. Qualifications include proven experience in property management, a high school diploma (GED required), and a preferred bachelor’s degree or property management/real estate license. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of real estate law, strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, and be knowledgeable about the local real estate market.
