Job Summary
Oversee Marketing, Leasing, Administrative and Maintenance functions for a multi-family property; manage resident/landlord relations, accounting and collections; supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations and project management; prepare property and company reports under supervision of the Area Director; participate in achieving budget objectives and company goals; collaborate with owners and vendors; require 2+ years of multi-family property management experience, strong communication, social media marketing, leadership, and proficiency in MS Office; bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience; willing to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management including supervisory solid skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media savvy with creative marketing abilities
- Motivational leader
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
