Property Manager - Via Apartments

Job Summary
Manage the overall operations of a multifamily apartment community, including marketing, budgeting, financial oversight, and staff supervision. Prepare annual property budgets, monitor expenses to meet NOI targets, and implement systems to maximize revenue and control operating costs. Conduct regular exterior and interior inspections, supervise maintenance functions, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining resident satisfaction. Recruit, train, and evaluate on-site staff, administer compensation programs, and handle lease approvals and eviction processes. Collaborate with lenders, owners, and regional leadership to achieve financial performance objectives and drive asset preservation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in property management of at least 200 units with demonstrated ability to deliver financial results
- Valid driver's license and reliable private transportation
- Ability to travel overnight at least once per quarter
- Ability to lift up to twenty pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma with a college degree preferred
- CAM designation a plus
- Experience with Entrata software application preferred
