Job Summary
Lead operations for a large affordable housing community, oversee leasing and maintenance teams, manage financials including budgeting and rent collections, ensure compliance with LIHTC/Section 8 and other affordable housing programs, and drive resident retention with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related experience in occupancy, leasing, APM role
- Experience with site based affordable housing programs strongly preferred
- COS and/or CPO Certification strongly preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role/capacity required
- Background check and drug screen required
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
