Job Summary
Manage a residential portfolio by conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance repairs, and tracking arrears, renewals, and lease management. Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through clear communication while handling terminations and tribunal matters when required. Oversee rental marketing to ensure efficient leasing and collaborate closely with a dedicated Property Officer to maintain smooth operations. No weekend work or accounts management is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Reliable car
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Great organisation and time management
- A proactive mindset — you take ownership and get things done
