Job Summary
Conduct regular site visits to review property conditions, ensure tenant lease compliance, and oversee repairs, replacements, and improvements. Manage tenant relations, collect receivables, and recommend legal action for non-payment while maintaining current vacancy lists. Coordinate accounts and billing for taxes, utilities, and reserves with the Residential Billing Manager. Supervise site employees, obtain contractor bids, and inspect work completion. Represent the building in administrative hearings and supervise corrective work for violations. Meet weekly with senior leadership to review property conditions, leasing activity, and rent updates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Strong computer skills (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; etc.)
- Excellent general administrative and general management capabilities
- Well-honed communications and tenant relations/customer service skills
- Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to function effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented work environment
Desired Qualifications
- BA or BS degree preferred in Business Administration, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or a related field
