Job Summary
Support day-to-day operations of a residential property or portfolio by serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, and performing regular walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues. Coordinate with on-site staff and vendors to oversee preventative maintenance, capital projects, and work order completion while tracking payables and reviewing invoices. Manage building compliance by monitoring city agency deadlines, resolving violations, and assisting with required filings. Assist with lease renewals, vacancy turnovers, and budget tracking to support property financial performance. Full benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential property management experience
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations, tenant relations, and building systems
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and strong follow-up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
