Job Summary
Property Manager at ACC manages leasing, marketing, facilities operations, and resident services for a university-affiliated student housing community. Responsibilities include directing leasing, marketing, and facilities operations; recruiting, coaching and developing direct reports; conducting performance evaluations; coordinating with HR on compensation; aligning property strategies with budgets and asset value goals; overseeing maintenance, curb appeal, and capital improvements; ensuring effective resident communications and events; liaising with university partners and internal support teams; and promoting a safe work environment while driving revenue and controlling expenses. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in student or multifamily housing, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and strong skills in leasing/marketing, budgeting, supervision, and communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years leadership experience in student or multi-family housing, or similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred
- Skills in leasing and marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, residence life, and a combination of business and student development skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
