Job Summary
Manage daily apartment complex operations including timely rent collection, daily curb appeal inspections, and resident communication regarding payment plans. Coordinate maintenance requests, process security deposits, and resolve tenant conflicts while enforcing lease violations and eviction documents. Support leasing by completing rental applications, credit checks, and market surveys to maximize revenue and occupancy. Supervise assistant property managers and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and local regulations. Maintain accurate financial records, submit weekly reports, and handle outgoing files as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid United States Driver's License
- Valid Vehicle Insurance policy
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift and carry at minimum 25 lbs
- Knowledge on contracts/discrimination laws
- Supervisory Responsibility
- If applicable, train, supervise and review performance of an assistant on-site manager and ensure quality control on employees' duties
- Collaborate and assign day to day tasks of property team members
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, lifting, endurance, talking, hearing and the use of frequent motor skills
- Must be able to lift and carry at minimum 25 lbs
