Job Summary

Oversees day-to-day operation of an apartment community and building(s), ensuring quality service to residents, efficient operation, and completion of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling invoices, maintaining resident records to comply with affordable housing/state regulations, managing property management software, rent and income collection, issuing notices to residents, coordinating move-in and rent-ready processes, managing the leasing workflow from application to move-in, enforcing fair housing and landlord-tenant laws, marketing the property to meet occupancy goals, monitoring financial performance, handling customer service requests, fostering a healthy on-site community, maintaining waiting lists and pre-qualification status, enforcing agency regulations and house rules, ensuring timely unit turns, and supervising onsite staff including timecard management. Requires strong problem solving, time management, collaboration, effective communication, budgeting, vendor relations, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Travel may be required for training; environment is office/building-based.
