Property Manager

Direct day-to-day operational activities for multi-unit residential, commercial, and condominium properties, including leasing, marketing, loss prevention, safety, maintenance, and landscaping. Administer leases by reviewing tenant billings, enforcing compliance, and collecting rents, while coordinating repairs, conducting inspections, and managing security access. Supervise staff and subcontractors through interviewing, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution. Develop annual operating budgets, analyze financial statements, and maintain accurate property records and status reports. Interface with leasing agents, owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure prompt leasing and accurate account reconciliation.
