Job Summary
Oversee a residential property portfolio and manage contractors to organise quotes and essential works; act as primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries professionally; monitor rent accounts and arrears with clear communication; ensure Landlord and Tenant Act compliance, safety certifications, and notices are up to date; handle tenancy renewals, end-of-tenancy inspections and deposit negotiations; requires a minimum of 1 year in Residential Property Management, a valid UK driving license, and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office; TECLET or similar). Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with free on-site parking at a modern, independent estate agency with a family-run ethos and no weekend shifts.
