Job Summary
Property Manager for Silvercrest Senior Residences in Santa Rosa, CA with on-site residency required. Manages daily/periodic property operations including inspections, preventive maintenance, tenant certification/recertification, vendor selection, unit turnover, safety/security, records, and reporting. Oversees loss prevention, risk management, staff training, and on-call duties; maintains resident and property files and liaises with Salvation Army officers.
