Job Summary
Lead site operations for Mercy Housing's San Leandro property, overseeing rent collection, leasing strategies, budget adherence, regulatory compliance, and resident/customer service in an on-site role. Provide leadership to site staff, direct building operations, manage property budgets, ensure compliance with housing laws (HUD, Fair Housing, L/T), optimize occupancy and rents, and collaborate with Maintenance and Resident Services teams to deliver quality resident experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws
- Experience being accountable for financials
- Previous housing or property management experience including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties
