Job Summary
Coordinate resources to manage the community and ensure 24-hour turnaround for service requests. Supervise leasing, maintenance, and staff activities including hiring, training, performance reviews, and terminations while enforcing safety policies and OSHA compliance. Analyze performance trends to market the community and provide excellent customer service. Assist in budget preparation and secure bids for repairs beyond staff capability. Requires two years of industry experience, leadership skills, and fluency in English. Full-time role with $60,000 annual salary, benefits including health insurance and 401(k), and a schedule involving walking, sitting, and occasional ladder climbing.
