Job Summary
Property Manager leads leasing, marketing, and facilities operations for a student housing community, directing and developing teams, recruiting and evaluating staff, and partnering with university and HR colleagues to optimize property performance and resident experience. Responsibilities include driving leasing/marketing/facilities strategies, supervising and coaching employees, overseeing performance evaluations, coordinating compensation with HR, ensuring timely execution of budgets and capital improvements, managing maintenance standards and curb appeal, coordinating with support teams, and representing the property at resident events and with university partners. Required/desired qualifications include leadership experience in student or multi-family housing and a Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field; skills in leasing, marketing, budgeting, supervision, and stakeholder collaboration are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience in student or multi-family housing, or similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred
- Skills in leasing and marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, residence life, and a combination of business and student development skills
