Job Summary
Property Manager needed for Abbey at Preserve Way in Tomball, TX to oversee a Class A multifamily community. Responsibilities include building and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, leading and mentoring a high-performance team, managing lease-ups or renovations, delivering excellent customer service to sustain positive online resident reviews, organizing and delegating administrative tasks, and utilizing property management software (Real Page Onesite, CRM, etc.). Requires a minimum of 5 years in multifamily with at least 2 years in property management; midrise experience desired. Evening and weekend work required occasionally.
