Job Summary
Conduct daily property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, industry, and regulatory standards while identifying efficiency improvements. Manage a team of three or more staff members overseeing 150+ units, including hiring, training, supervising, and providing performance feedback. Analyze market trends and financial data to prepare annual budgets, income projections, and leasing strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue. Oversee resident retention by addressing service requests promptly and monitor satisfaction levels. Coordinate all vendor and subcontractor communications regarding scheduling and billing while verifying the status of vacant units. Ensure all administrative processes, including expense monitoring and purchase orders, adhere to company policies and state laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3 to 5 years of experience in multifamily property management
- one to three years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action
- Effectively convey ideas, images and goals to a diverse group of personalities
- Intermediate MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills
- A positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude
