Property Manager

Physically inspect all common areas daily to assure peak readiness, taking immediate action on unsatisfactory appearance problems. Walk the property daily checking for cleanliness, safety, and conditions of buildings, driveways, laundry rooms, pools, and landscaping. Maintain current market and neighborhood information to ensure relative pricing and develop marketing programs to maximize market position. Approve all lease paperwork, applications, move-ins, and move-outs daily, ensuring all move-ins are walked with residents and satisfaction is achieved. Collect, record, and deposit property income accurately and timely. Hire, train, and review performance of all on-site personnel, directing their activities to ensure job satisfaction and acceptable productivity levels. This role requires a bilingual (Spanish/English) leader with at least two years of property management experience, proficiency in OneSite, Bluemoon, and Knock software, and proven experience in leasing, rent collection, and vendor coordination.
