Job Summary
Manage resident relations by coordinating requests, understanding rent charges, and addressing lease expectations. Engage vendors to contract, supervise, and approve invoices for property maintenance needs. Lead on-site maintenance technicians, office staff, and leasing team members while assisting with budget development, marketing campaigns, and special events. Coordinate fee collection, maintain accurate community records in Entrata, and execute annual unit turnover procedures. Respond to after-hour emergency issues as required. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with nights or weekends possible. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 plus bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field and/or three or more years of progressive experience in property management
- Understanding of basic standards of property management including Fair Housing laws, Tenant/Landlord rights, and general real estate principles
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Possess strong administrative, organization and communication skills
- Ability to have a positive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship at this time
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field and/or three or more years of progressive experience in property management is preferred
- Experience with Entrata or a similar system is preferred
- Ability to become a Certified Pool Operator
