Job Summary
Manage daily property operations for Summit Court Apartments, handling resident concerns, conducting inspections, and ensuring community appearance through regular maintenance coordination. Drive leasing goals by collaborating with the leasing team, analyzing marketing data, and implementing retention programs like resident events and newsletters. Oversee on-site staff by hiring, training, and supervising personnel while maintaining accurate financial records, rent collections, and transaction reports. Ensure full compliance with laws and company policies while maximizing occupancy and property value. This full-time role includes on-call availability and potential travel for company gatherings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in Property Management or other relevant work experience
- Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary
- Ability to travel to attend various company gatherings either in the general vicinity of your home property or in another state
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
- Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
- Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM)
