Job Summary

General Manager for student housing property responsible for combining business leadership with community operations. Oversees staffing and development, vendor and risk management, capital projects, financial performance, customer experience, and turnover processes. Leads scheduling, on-call coverage, inspections, budget management, revenue targets, and adherence to Scion standards across property operations and resident services. Roles require collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, and facilities teams, and hands-on involvement in move-out inspections, turnover tasks, and ensuring a safe, high-quality resident experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+
  • Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
