Job Summary
Property Manager at Storage Post overseeing day-to-day facility operations at a Bronx self-storage location. Responsibilities include managing leases, data entry, cash handling, delinquent accounts, and ensuring a clean, secure property environment; conducting daily walkthroughs and operational checks; training and supporting staff to meet company standards; and delivering excellent customer service to support rental activity. Requires 2–4 years of experience in property management, retail management, or customer-facing operations; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities; basic computer proficiency; and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
