Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and management of assigned single-family and multifamily communities, including leasing coordination, rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance, and administration. Drive strong financial outcomes through budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation with vendors, and monthly financial performance reporting. Build and maintain positive tenant relationships, investigate and resolve complaints and lease violations, and source opportunities to expand business. Stay informed on job and local market trends and maintain a high standard of resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- PA Real Estate License
- 3–5 years of Property Management experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
