Job Summary
Lead residential property management by overseeing leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, and resident relations while managing building and grounds maintenance. Coach and mentor your team through hiring, training, and performance advocacy to ensure consistent referral-worth customer experiences. Balance business strategy with Fair Housing compliance, utilizing OneSite and Ops Technology to process budgets and maintain accurate accounting records. Occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience as a residential property manager
- Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
- Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software
- A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
- Occasional travel
