Job Summary
Conduct property inspections, negotiate tenancy renewals, and coordinate contractor maintenance for rental properties. Manage deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, process eviction requests, and ensure regulatory health and safety compliance. Build relationships with landlords and tenants while handling complaints and completing check-in/out procedures with full inventory reports. Full-time role with weekday hours 08:30-18:00 and rotating Saturday shifts. Requires minimum one year property management experience, outstanding customer service, valid UK manual driving licence, and right to work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Ability to provide evidence of right to work (Passport/Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, National Insurance)
- Ability to undergo Drivers Licence Check
- Ability to interview via video call
