Job Summary
Oversee all property functions including staff supervision, tenant communications, rent collection, and delinquency follow-up. Conduct initial, interim, and annual certifications for HUD compliance while managing the A/R process and TRACS submissions. Perform regular inspections of common areas and units, prepare for REAC and state agency audits, and handle tenant complaints and meetings. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, assist contractors on approved work, and maintain the wait list per HUD specifications. Manage clerical duties, supervise administrative staff, and oversee contract maintenance. Prepare performance reviews, discipline actions, and assist with annual budget preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years Project-based Section 8 or tax credit experience
- Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office
- Competency with Real Page, YARDI or other property management software
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her action
- Trait of being dependable and trustworthy
- Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
- Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work

Desired Qualifications
