Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for HOA properties, serving as primary contact, conducting site inspections, coordinating board/AGM meetings, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records and compliance, overseeing maintenance and contractors, handling financials including budgeting and reserve funds, and advising the board on governance and policy. Role includes resident relations, ensuring professional communication, and providing back-up reception coverage. Evening meetings are required. Location: Greely, Ontario, Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in property/portfolio management preferred
- Familiarity with HOA governance and board relations
- Ability to manage budgets, maintenance schedules, and contract oversight
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Evening meeting availability is a noted requirement
- Knowledge of local regulations (PIPEDA, OHSA, AODA) preferred
