Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for day-to-day operation of two SAHA properties in Pittsburg and Antioch, CA, supervising on-site staff, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with the Resident Services Coordinator to foster a supportive environment for residents. Ensures property maintenance complies with operating and financial policies and regulatory/ investor requirements, and may contribute to special projects or support other Managers within SAHA’s portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience is required.
- Affordable housing and/or property management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of affordable housing programs (e.g. Tax Credit, HUD, Section 8) strongly preferred.
- Certifications or Licenses: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and/or Certified Tax Credit Specialist, depending on property and regulatory structure, or attainment within six months of hire.
