Property Manager- Rosewood

Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned residential property, including inspecting vacant units, maintaining long-range capital improvements planning, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and ADA regulations. Handle resident concerns, prepare move-in paperwork, and oversee maintenance requests while monitoring utility usage and permit compliance. Drive financial performance by collecting rent, approving invoices, compiling weekly reports, and managing delinquency records. Lead a property management team through orientation, training, performance reviews, and payroll processing. Monitor leasing activities to maximize occupancy and create renewal programs to encourage resident retention.
