Job Summary
Property Manager position at Wicklowe in Rosemount, MN to oversee leasing, resident relations, and overall property operations. Responsibilities include achieving performance goals, maintaining high resident satisfaction, overseeing apartment leasing to sustain occupancy, directing property operations and staff, supervising maintenance, managing rent collections and evictions, enforcing community rules, and collaborating with Regional Director to meet annual budgets. Qualifications include 2+ years in affordable property management or leasing, strong communication skills, Yardi and RENTCafé experience preferred, and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work every other weekend and peak-season Saturdays; familiarity with marketing and leasing initiatives for new development is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years affordable property management, leasing and/or sales experience
- 2+ years customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Yardi and RENTCafé experience preferred
- Local market experience preferred
