Job Summary
Manage a multifamily apartment community by preparing annual budgets, maximizing revenue, and controlling operating expenses to meet financial targets. Oversee physical plant maintenance, conduct regular inspections, and supervise on-site staff through recruitment, training, and performance management. Develop marketing plans to drive occupancy, approve rental applications, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining resident satisfaction. Submit monthly variance reports, process collections, and execute capital improvement projects to preserve asset value. This role requires two years of experience managing 200+ units, a driver's license, and the ability to travel overnight quarterly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in property management of at least 200 units with demonstrated ability to deliver financial results
- Valid driver's license and reliable private transportation
- Ability to travel overnight at least once per quarter
- Ability to lift up to twenty pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma with a college degree preferred
- CAM designation a plus
- Experience with Entrata software application preferred
